Charted occasionally releases Early Adopter features to give customers early access to innovative capabilities before they are widely available. These features are fully supported and production-ready, but may not yet have the level of polish found in mature functionality.

What Does “Early Adopter” Mean?

Early Adopter features:

• Are tested and stable for use in production environments. They are real tools, ready for real use.
• May have limited documentation, user experience refinements, or automation compared to finalized features.
• Are marked with the Early Adopter icon.

Why Participate?

As an Early Adopter, you can:

• Access new functionality before it becomes generally available.
• Shape product development by sharing direct feedback with the Charted Product team.

What to Expect

Participating in an Early Adopter program means:

• The implementation or onboarding process may take slightly longer.
• You may be asked to join periodic check-ins with our Product team to share feedback.
• You’ll get direct support from both our Software Services and Product teams to ensure success.

How to Join

Your Charted Customer Success Manager or Account Executive can help you determine if a feature is a good fit for your business. Some Early Adopter features may require additional configuration or a new license.
