# Why are emails not arriving at my vendor's inbox?

Charted products rely on NetSuite to send outbound emails. Advanced Vendor Onboarding form emails originating from NetSuite accounts without DKIM configured will be blocked, affecting the ability for emails to arrive at external inboxes.
